Proprietor Robert Gay is a highly motivated professional, with a 20 year proven track record of achievement in the high pressure world of catering. Having risen to the postition of head chef & kitchen manager with the ability to raise standards wherever he has been employed, Rob has until recently worked exclusively in the Midlands & south east.

Born and educated in Stratford-on-Avon, and with additional qualifications in both Business & Finance and Health & Safety, Rob now brings his talents to Hull, realising his long awaited dream of opening his own establishment.
